eece is a fourth-year apprentice carpenter with Trethowan Building. He has developed strong skills across residential framing, fix-out, decking, and renovation work. Reece takes pride in producing high-quality finishes, working efficiently, and contributing to a positive, safety-focused team environment.

He’s gained hands-on experience with a wide range of tools and construction techniques, becoming confident in interpreting plans, problem-solving on site, and supporting workflow to meet project timelines.

Reece is motivated, reliable, and always keen to learn from experienced tradespeople while taking on more responsibility as he moves towards qualification. Reece brings a strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to craftsmanship.

Outside of work, Reece is passionate about fitness. Training keeps him focused, disciplined, and physically prepared for the demands of the job. He approaches both carpentry and fitness with the same drive to improve every day.
