The Borella Residences in East Albury are newly constructed townhouses designed with a contemporary coastal aesthetic. Initiated from a client referral, Trethowan Building developed these homes based on the client’s preliminary design documentation, achieving a sleek and modern finish.

The development features well-crafted concrete pavements, retaining walls, fencing, and thoughtfully designed landscaping, which collectively enhance the residential appeal of the area. A standout feature of these homes is the Knotwood Australia cladding. Made of aluminum but resembling timber, this cladding ensures the exteriors are not only attractive but also durable and maintenance-free.

The successful completion of the Borella Residences reflects the collaborative efforts of the entire project team.
