The Alpine Residence is a completely custom family home designed with a focus on timeless, simplistic, and practical living. Situated to cater to an active family lifestyle, this residence includes a full-size basketball court, a swimming pool, a spacious shed, and solar installations, all encompassed by beautifully landscaped grounds with exposed aggregate concrete surrounds.

The design and construction process was streamlined to ensure ease and efficiency, allowing the family to move in and start enjoying their new home immediately. In keeping with our commitment to collaborative customisation, the only task left to the homeowner (at their request) was the planting of the lawn seed—a personal touch to truly make the space their own. We worked closely with the homeowner to ensure this final detail was set for success, providing a lush green environment ready for family activities upon handover.
